Penn Travel Services continually strives to offer the Penn community access to the best hotel rates at both local and outbound hotels.
Best Practice:
FACULTY, STAFF and STUDENTS
- On-Line Booking - Concur is the easiest way to book both local and outbound hotels, with all negotiated rates loaded behind the scenes. Login to SAP Concur, you will be prompted to enter your PennKey name and password.
- Conference Hotels - If you are attending a conference, you may want to take advantage of the negotiated conference rates when making your hotel selection. Do a comparison of the conference rate to the rate available in Concur.
- Visiting other Colleges and Universities - Ask your host to recommend hotels at which they have negotiated special pricing for their guests.
Inbound Hotels of special note:
Hotels located on the Penn campus: The Inn at Penn and The Sheraton in University City.
These accommodations are located within walking distance of all campus buildings. As such, they are the most convenient location for those who wish to remain in the campus vicinity during their visit.
